Trout Unlimited is an organization I'm proud to passionately be involved with. For 2011, I was asked by the board of directors of the Cutthroat Chapter here in Denver to begin heading up their monthly membership fishing trips. The primary reasons people join TU are: social interaction, expanding their knowledge of the world of fly fishing, and most importantly to conserve, protect and restore coldwater fisheries and their watersheds in order to sustain and improve the quality of fishing for present and future anglers. Having dedicated a substantial portion of my life to all these pursuits, I'm am excited and honored to be given this opportunity to both help introduce and nurture the expansion of our sport.
Beginning in January, 2011, and each month thereafter, I will lead a caravan excursion to a Colorado fishing destination. The details for each trip will be posted on this blog well in advance of the monthly membership meeting and linked to the CCTU newsletter and website. Registration for the trip is required and can be accomplished in two ways, emailing me directly or registering at the monthly membership meeting.
